Step 2: Claiming Warranty
Please send a mail to contactus@hookaba.com with a picture and details of the defect. If the product is eligible for warranty claim, we will arrange pickup and repair/replace the product.

We Cover:

• LED Screen malfunctioning

We Do NOT Cover:

• Zipper malfunctioning due to overpackaging/overload
• Defects caused by improper use, such as tears
• Color peeling and fading over time
• Any physical damage to screen, circuit or any other part of bag
• Any water related damage to screen, circuit

Yes, an Exchange is possible. Send us a mail on contactus@hookaba.com. We will pick up your product and post a quality check, we will deliver the replacement product to you. Please note

• Replacement request to be raised with in 48 hours of delivery
• Video of product along with packaging to be shared over mail
• MRP tag and Tag seal should be intact
• Product should be in original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale
• Replacement will be done only for different colors of the same product.

In case you do not like the product, please send us a mail at contactus@hookaba.com along with invoice, latest pics of product with its original package, video of unboxing (at the time when you took the delivery of the product) with in 48 hours, we will arrange a pickup. NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Money will be credited to original mode of payment within 7 working days (after deducting nominal shipping charges)
Please note that products return will ONLY be accepted:

• If the item is in its original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale
• If you have uploaded unboxing video
• Defect/issue is notified within 48 hours of receiving the product

From the day you raise the return request, the product will be picked up within 3-4 days from your place, and post pick up it will take 6-7 days for refund. So, in total, from the moment you raise the return request, your amount will be refunded with in 10-12 days

No, there is no lock system built into the product.

All our bags have a waterproofing level of IPX5, Which makes it water repellent. Also the area around the screen is fully covered & secured with additional layers of waterproofing. We always recommend using a power bank from branded manufacturers.

Since the weight of one’s bag plays a significant role in securing the comfort of the person, while crafting these bags, serious consideration was given to the choice of fabric. To keep the bags light weight and maintain the elegance of bags at the same time, we use premium quality polyester, Oxford, TPU fabrics. Like any other, our bags weigh between 600 grams to 1.5 kg and this is inclusive of the weight of the LED screen.
