1. Only bona fide and fully paid orders will be considered for the lucky draw.
2. Orders that have been cancelled or returned will not be considered for the lucky draw.
3. The availability of tickets is subject to external factors. In case of non-availability, a Hookaba voucher of equivalent value will be provided on a case-to-case basis.
4. No last-minute cancellations will be entertained.
5. Reselling of tickets on third-party websites is strictly prohibited.
6. The lucky draw includes the price of the ticket only. All other expenses related to travel, lodging, etc., will be borne by the customer.
7. Any disputes, if applicable, will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Delhi High Court.
8. All information provided by customers will be considered genuine and accurate. Any discrepancy in the data provided will lead to disqualification from the competition.
9. The decision taken by the company will be final and binding on all customers participating in the lucky draw.
10. Winners will be announced on the website and will also be personally informed via phone call and email.
11. Winners must provide consent for any social media content created featuring them and for the company to use such content for brand awareness.
